Our international leadership development program is designed to prepare ambitious emerging talent for future management positions. In the Food & Beverage Track , you will gain in-depth insight into the world of modern hospitality, take on responsibility from an early stage, and learn how exceptional guest experiences are created. From restaurants and bars to events and strategic projects, you will gain a 360-degree view of the entire Food & Beverage operation. What you can expect:
Rotations through our various F&B outlets and event venues Exposure to daily operations, quality standards, and guest experience management Responsibility for your own projects and opportunities to contribute innovative ideas Collaboration with teams across Culinary, Event Management, Sales, and Rooms Operations Analysis of performance metrics, industry trends, and guest feedback to optimize our offerings Support in implementing revenue, cost, and quality strategies Participation in leadership trainings, workshops, and international development programs Involvement in projects focused on innovation, sustainability, and brand experience Building a strong professional network within Marriott International
Be able.
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field (earned within the last three years) Previous practical experience in hospitality or food and beverage operations is an advantage Passion for Food & Beverage, hospitality, and international hotel brands Business mindset and interest in commercial and operational performance Strong initiative and motivation to take on responsibility Excellent communication skills and enjoyment of working with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures Flexibility, eagerness to learn, and a growth mindset Fluency in both German and English
