Summary:  The Associate Product Manager will report to the Director of Product Management, assisting in the strategic direction and daily execution of the product line lifecycle, price and position analysis, and recommendations to maximize market share, profit and revenue across the PSG California portfolio including All-Flo, Griswold, Neptune and Wilden.  The Associate Product Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure PSG California meets both customer and market expectations.    Qualifications/Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or related field 3+ years of relevant experience in product management, sales, or marketing Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to multi-task and perform in a fast pace, dynamic environment. Self-sufficient, self-motivated, works with moderate supervision. Strong team player, great work ethic, passionate and a commitment to win. Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities. Demonstrated analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.

Support the development and execution of product line strategies for the PSG California portfolio that supports the market and customer penetration objectives of the global sales team. This includes:

Product pricing and margin maintenance  New product development  Life cycle planning for enhancement and obsolescence  Product forecasts, inventory guidance and cost targets

Conduct market, industry, and competitive analysis to develop specific value propositions for the assigned portfolio and
