In this sales support role, you'll dive into the dynamic world of media and advertising, gaining hands-on experience and training for future growth. Collaborate with diverse internal teams and develop a deep knowledge of the Advertising and Media industries, including cutting-edge digital and streaming workflows.

Work closely with Sales, Inventory, Account and Traffic specialists to ensure the seamless execution of advertising and integrated marketing campaigns.

Handle client order entry and project management, coordinating with internal departments to guarantee client satisfaction and timely delivery for omni-channel strategies.

Track and report on campaign impressions regularly, collaborating with various departments to make necessary adjustments for optimal delivery and billing.

Generate and examine reports to identify and address discrepancies or issues related to campaigns and creative content.

Partner with Billing and Finance teams to clear discrepancies and ensure reliable revenue recognition at the end of campaigns.

Assist in the integration and management of digital and streaming advertising workflows, ensuring campaigns are optimized for various digital platforms.

Associate or bachelor’s degree.

Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills required to interface across multiple levels and groups.

The ability to understand and work with numbers, including basic arithmetic and more advanced algebraic concepts.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Desire and interest to work in advertising sales across media & entertainment platforms.

Previous experience in media sales or advertising is a plus.

Awareness with digital and streaming advertising platforms and workflows.

Experience with data analysis and reporting tools is an advantage.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
