As a Enterprise Architect Sr within PNC's Enterprise Architecture organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA or Strongsville, OH. Core Responsibilities • Develop automated compliance and architecture assurance capabilities. • Establish policy-as-code and standards-as-code practices. • Build AI-assisted architecture review and governance workflows. • Create architecture telemetry, health metrics, and drift detection capabilities. • Enable context-aware governance across applications, APIs, data flows, infrastructure, and AI agents. • Integrate governance controls directly into platform engineering and CI/CD pipelines. Job Description
Provides subject matter expertise for enterprise architecture, enterprise architecture teams, and clients. Guides on enterprise architecture projects and business relationship management. Creates strategic roadmaps for transitioning to target enterprise future state, in alignment with business and technology goals while analyzing client requirements and collaborating with R&D divisions to provide ongoing support. Leads in the implementation of enterprise architecture strategies and best practices to support business objectives, while focusing on enterprise standards, processes, and methodologies. Provides guidance to enterprise architects on defining technical service capabilities, design attributes, draft enterprise profiles and segment architecture; controls risks and solves complex issues related to enterprise architecture. Maintains relationships with stakeholders, addresses stakeholder requirements and provides clients consultations to shape the future success of enterprise architecture while also mitigating risk. Provides enterprise architecture support by directing teams in baseline, target and roadmap development, transition planning, system and security management and segment architecture.
