About the Role
We’re looking for a highly skilled, adaptable, and energetic Executive Assistant to join our team. Reporting directly to the Global Head of People, this unique role blends high-level executive support with a strong focus on internal culture and employee experience.
You will be the primary support partner for 4-5 key executives, ensuring seamless coordination of their priorities, schedules, and operations. Beyond traditional EA duties, you will support onsite culture - happy hours, team building activities, and engagement initiatives that make our midtown office a fantastic place to work.
The ideal candidate moves with speed, maintains a consistently positive attitude, and possesses a true service-oriented mindset where no task is too big or too small.
Responsibilities
Executive Support
• Provide proactive, fast-paced executive support for 4-5 key company executives, including complex calendar management, meeting preparation, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate logistics for domestic and international travel, including agendas, accommodations, and on-the-ground details.
• Support preparation for internal and external meetings by organizing briefing documents, decks, and key materials.
• Track action items and ensure timely follow-up across internal and external stakeholders to keep operations seamless.
• Anticipate needs and provide proactive recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness for the leaders you support.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism, judgment, and discretion when handling highly confidential information.
Employee Experience & Culture
• Partner with other admins across the company to plan, coordinate, and execute onsite employee experience initiatives, including happy hours, catered lunches, team-building activities, and milestone celebrations.
• Act as a cultural ambassador for the office, fostering a welcoming, highly engaged, and inclusive environment.
• Bring a service-oriented mindset to the daily office experience, jumping in wherever needed (e.g., greeting guests, serving/setting up lunch, and ensuring meeting rooms are ready).
• Partner with the Global Head of People to roll out broader engagement and morale-boosting initiatives.
Requirements
• Experience: 5+ years of experience supporting multiple senior executives, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment. Prior experience in office management, event planning, or culture initiatives is a major plus.
• Speed & Attitude: You operate with urgency and efficiency without sacrificing quality, and you bring a positive, "can-do" energy to work every day.
• Organizational Rigor: Strong time management
