Responsibilities
ICT Strategy / Govt. Consulting/Advisory Develop ICT and e-Governance strategies aligned with government objectives and citizen-centric service delivery Define digital transformation roadmaps for State Governments, PSUs, and Urban Local Bodies (ULBs ) Drive large-scale technology-enabled governance initiatives ensuring efficiency, transparency, and accountability Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle from conceptualization to execution and monitoring Provide strategic consulting to government stakeholders on ICT frameworks, Smart City solutions, and emerging technologies Advise on policy formulation, standards, and best practices for e-Governance Structure and manage PPP models for ICT projects ensuring stakeholder alignment and risk mitigation Facilitate collaboration between government agencies, private sector, and technology partners Manage complex multi-stakeholder projects ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget Implement robust governance mechanisms, performance monitoring, and reporting frameworks Conduct workshops, capacity-building sessions, and change
