As a Risk Managed Services Manager, you will play a pivotal role in helping organizations navigate complex regulatory landscapes and enhance their internal controls to mitigate risks effectively. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will focus on identifying and mitigating potential risks that could impact an organization's operations and objectives. As a Manager, you will lead teams, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for the execution of project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on expectations. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Buenos Aires, you will be responsible for developing business strategies to effectively manage and navigate risks in a rapidly changing business environment. You will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. Your ability to analyze and identify the linkages and interactions between the component parts of an entire system will be crucial in delivering value at this level. Responsibilities - Leading the development and implementation of enterprise risk management strategies to navigate complex regulatory landscapes - Guiding teams in identifying and mitigating potential risks that could impact organizational operations and objectives - Utilizing analytical thinking to assess and interpret data for informed decision-making in risk management - Developing and executing business continuity plans to maintain regulatory compliance and manage risks effectively - Overseeing the creation and maintenance of risk management frameworks and documentation - Coaching team members to enhance their skills in risk analysis and mitigation measures - Collaborating with stakeholders to address conflicts and engage in critical conversations regarding risk management - Promoting the adoption of innovative technologies and practices to improve risk management processes - Validating the alignment of risk management strategies with corporate governance and regulatory guidelines - Encouraging a culture of continuous improvement and learning agility within the team What You Must Have - At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree - At least 4 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required What Sets You Apart - Excelling in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Governance Risk Compliance (GRC) - Demonstrating proficiency in Business Process Improvement and Business Risk Identification - Utilizing Analytical Thinking and Data Analysis for strategic decision-making - Developing and implementing Risk Management Frameworks (RMF) effectively - Leading Contractual Risk Mitigation and Regulatory Management initiatives - Embracing change and fostering innovation
