Maintains agreed-upon inventory levels to provide a flow of raw materials and components from the supply chain to the manufacturing facility. Responsibilities: • Ensuring that the environment of the inventory stock room is in line with requirements for each product.  • Managing staffing, development, and performance management of materials management workers. Ensuring proper labor relations. • Defining and maintaining optimal inventory levels. Performing inventory analysis and making recommendations for stock levels.  • Coordinating maintenance and support of inventory management software. Skills you have Decision Making and Critical Thinking : Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment. Logistics Management : Knowledge of logistics and management; ability to follow proper processes and run operations for effective and efficient movement of materials and finished products. Performance Management : Knowledge of successful performance management techniques; ability to apply organization's performance management system, practices, and tools to developing and improving individual, team, and organizational performance.   Supply Chain Management - MFG: Knowledge of functions, principles and techniques used in supply chain management; ability to develop and use, strategies, practices and tools for controlling the logistical processes.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering required; Industrial Engineering preferred.

4-5 years of experience in Supply Chain-related roles, including material planning and supplier management.
