Job Overview
Coordinates and monitors project and support teams to ensure timely implementation of organizational projects. Job Requirements
Key Responsibilities Tooling & Compliance Project Management
Manage end-to-end tooling & connector projects including design, development, validation, and implementation phases
Coordinate and resolve customer technical requests in collaboration with internal engineering and quality teams
Drive UL certification and regulatory compliance processes for tools and new products
Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
Manage vendor and supplier relationships for tooling components and materials
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, records, and outcome reports
Cross-Functional Collaboration & NPI Project Management
Manage the development of all project activities from the initiation to the closure. Responsible for planning, execution & delivery of complex projects Partner with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams to align project goals and deliverables Periodically communicate with project stakeholders such as FAE/sales, PM and operations throughout the lifecycle of the projects to make sure all parties' objectives are aligned Lead core team to identify the risks, issues, and manage the associated corrective action plans. Track and report project metrics, milestones, and status updates to key stakeholders Identify process improvement opportunities and implement efficiency-driven solutions Build cross-functional relationships that support future transition into NPI leadership responsibilities Challenge the functions to take ownership of the project objectives Organize, lead and motivate project team
What your background should look like
Bachelor’s degree or plus in engineering or in Business administration A minimum of 6 years professional experience & at least 3 years in Project Management with a proven track record of successful Delivery, Project roll-out. Experience in mechanical engineering or knowledge of manufacturing processes related to connector & tooling design is a plus. Demonstrate successful problem-solving skills. Fluency, written & spoken in English. Good presentation and excellent communication skills. Ability to work in fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Team spirit
