Finance analysts work across functions—including Program Management, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Contracts—to support financial excellence and disciplined execution. Analysts are responsible for performing foundational financial tasks, supporting data accuracy, preparing standard reports, and assisting senior team members. At this level, analysts are expected to demonstrate accuracy, attention to detail, teamwork, and a willingness to learn.

Prepare standard financial reports and metrics using provided tools and guidance Extract data from SAP, Analysis for Office, and related systems Support reconciliations, variance explanations, and routine finance tasks Perform data validation in support of month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end cycles Assist with creation and maintenance of spreadsheets, charts, and presentations Apply RTX CORE problem‑solving methods to simple process issues and raise concerns as appropriate.

Fundamentals of financial reporting, metrics, and systems How to support cross‑functional partners through financial data accuracy Exposure to SAP, AO, and standard RTX finance processes Qualifications You Must Have  Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Math, Business, or equivalent experience Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) *Experience may be obtained through on‑the‑job experience, research, coursework, or projects.
