Apply now and discover a career where your contributions are valued, your growth is supported, and your work makes a lasting impact PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Process paperwork for new hires & terminations, job changes, department changes/allocations, salary changes and employee name changes. Answer routine questions regarding benefits, payroll, and HR policies/procedures. Coordinate employee programs related to HR on an as needed basis (i.e. Wellness). Provide additional support during key HR initiatives (i.e,. Gallup, HRP open enrollment, year-end planning). Support all Area recruiting activities including college recruiting, job postings, and interview tracking. Assist in completion of WorkDay job postings, application, and background check processing. Generate and distribute HR-related reports. First line of defense in addressing and resolving employee relations issues (benefits, comp, ethics). Oversee Workday timekeeping usage including directing manager’s on PT/Temp policies. Manage HR responsibilities as relates to Resident Ambassador program. Update divisions on employment poster requirements. Maintain employee personnel file information. Assists HR team with various research projects and/or special projects. Audit biweekly payroll registers to ensure employee changes complete and payroll processed correctly. Complete employee VOEs that can’t be completed via The Work Number. Provide Safety Managers necessary payroll information for Workman’s Compensation claims and coordinate with FMLA. Maintain and track compensation actions. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Related Functional Experience: Minimum 2 years in a HR-related or similar role. Additional Qualifications (preferred): Strong verbal and written communication skills. A well organized and self-directed individual and a team player. Strong bias for action, attention to detail and a demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize multiple and diverse assignments to closure within stated schedules to meet critical deadlines. Demonstrated evidence of integrity and experience managing confidential data. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
