Position Summary
Our Deloitte Finance Transformation team practices to help chief financial officers, controllers, and finance teams define and execute their finance and global business services agendas and strategies. You will work with leading-class teams and solutions, helping clients navigate challenging environments, market uncertainty, technology development, and regulatory considerations to unlock value. Your work may span strategy, operations, process design, and technology as we partner with clients to transform finance. Work You’ll Do As a Manager, Functional Transformation, you will be responsible for… Leading strategy and transformation workstreams from planning through execution Developing analyses, presentations, and recommendations for business and leadership stakeholders Managing project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, and issue resolution across multiple activities Coordinating cross-functional stakeholders to align decisions, actions, and deliverables Supporting implementation of growth and transformation initiatives in an onsite environment A successful candidate would possess these skills: Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team Effective written and verbal communication skills Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product Ability to build and sustain professional relationships Ability to lead projects or workstreams Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment The Team Deloitte’s Government & Public Services (GPS) practice – our people, ideas, technology and outcomes – is designed for impact. Qualifications
Required : Bachelor’s degree 6+ years of experience in strategy, transformation, program management, or business operations 3+ years of experience leading project workstreams, project plans, and stakeholder deliverables Experience using Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word in a business environment Active Top Secret security clearance required with eligibility to obtain a SCI Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future. Must be willing to be onsite in Rosslyn, VA 100% of the time The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
