This role is open to candidates based in Poland (hybrid/remote within the country). Your main tasks
Supply Reviews & S&OP Facilitation
Lead regular Supply Review meetings with manufacturing and planning teams Ensure strong collaboration across functions (supply, demand, production) Align supply capabilities with demand forecasts and business needs Identify risks and constraints, and drive mitigation actions Escalate critical issues to senior stakeholders when needed
Data Management & IBP
Maintain accurate data in IBP to support planning decisions Update key parameters such as inventory levels, lead times, and forecasts Collaborate with Demand Planning to validate forecast assumptions Create reports and performance summaries for supply chain visibility Support teams and resolve data or system-related issues
Inventory Optimization & Monitoring
Monitor inventory levels across products and locations Identify excess, slow-moving, or obsolete stock Drive actions to optimize inventory and reduce costs Track key KPIs (e.g. Days of Supply, Inventory Turns, Stockouts) Lead initiatives to improve inventory efficiency Your ideal background
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
Experience with SAP (IBP or other ERP and demand planning tools)
Basic knowledge of MRP, inventory planning, and demand forecasting
Strong data analysis and reporting skills (advanced Excel required; Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools are a plus)
Excellent analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across global, cross-functional teams
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Proactive and collaborative approach, with the ability to build strong working relationships
