Job Title Business Solutions Director Business Solutions Director What does a successful Business Solutions Director do? At Fiserv, a successful Business Solutions Director is a key member of the AIBMS Senior Management team, reporting directly to the General Manager. This role is responsible for leading the Solutions function, ensuring excellent delivery across new project lifecycles, supporting regulatory and scheme compliance, and providing strong leadership across solution delivery, performance, and team development. Success in this role means delivering an excellent client experience, driving strong operational and project outcomes, supporting business decision-making, and building a high-performing team that can meet both strategic goals and regulatory obligations.

Deliver an excellent client experience for both external and internal customers across all new project lifecycles Provide regular reporting on technical and new solutions performance to the AIBMS Senior Management team and shareholders Represent Solutions on the AIBMS Risk Committee, Projects and Change Committee, and other steering committees as required Oversee business implementation and AIBMS regulatory obligations relating to scheme and platform compliance Lead, develop, and inspire the AIBMS Solutions team to deliver new solutions, annual targets, and KPIs Support the AIBMS Senior Management Team through active participation in discussions and decision-making Participate fully as a member of the AIBMS Pricing Committee in decisions relating to client pricing Take responsibility for all industry and regulatory compliance requirements within the scope of the role Coach and develop the team to ensure strong capability, knowledge-sharing, and no single points of failure What you will need to have: Previous experience in a senior project management or solutions delivery role within a merchant acquiring business Strong customer focus with experience leading projects, change, or related teams Experience growing, managing, and inspiring internal teams Strong leadership and organisational skills Clear and effective communication, writing, and presentation skills What would be great to have: Understanding of scheme pricing and billing, especially non-transaction-related scheme charges Experience operating in regulated environments Experience working with senior leadership teams and governance forums Thank you for considering employment with Fiserv.  Please: Apply using your legal name Complete the step-by-step profile and attach your resume (either is acceptable, both are preferable).
