AECOM is seeking an experienced, innovative and forward-thinking Building Engineering Manager focused on Mechanical / Electrical / Plumbing / Fire Protection to help grow and lead our building engineering practice in Boston. What You’ll Do: Lead and grow AECOM's building engineering practice in Boston, balancing technical excellence, team development, client service, and business performance. Develop and execute a strategic plan to expand local MEP capabilities and build an integrated, multidisciplinary engineering team. Drive major project pursuits — both stand-alone MEP/FP work and as part of larger multi-discipline teams. Act as technical leader and quality reviewer across a range of project sizes and complexities., creating an environment where talented engineers can do their best work. Serve as design manager on complex projects with significant engineering scope, working closely with project managers to deliver high quality documents.
