AECOM is seeking an experienced, innovative and forward-thinking Building Engineering Manager focused on Mechanical / Electrical / Plumbing / Fire Protection to help grow and lead our building engineering practice in Boston. What You’ll Do: Lead and grow AECOM's building engineering practice in Boston, balancing technical excellence, team development, client service, and business performance. Develop and execute a strategic plan to expand local MEP capabilities and build an integrated, multidisciplinary engineering team. Drive major project pursuits — both stand-alone MEP/FP work and as part of larger multi-discipline teams. Act as technical leader and quality reviewer across a range of project sizes and complexities., creating an environment where talented engineers can do their best work.
