Our mission at HubSpot is to help millions of organizations grow better. As HubSpot evolves from seat-based pricing toward AI- and usage-based commercial models, pricing is becoming one of the most strategic levers in our business.
As a Senior Product Marketer, Pricing Strategy & Monetization, you’ll help shape how customers, sellers, and the market understand the value of HubSpot’s evolving pricing and packaging. You’ll partner closely with Product, Finance, Sales Strategy, and Go-To-Market Enablement teams to translate complex commercial decisions into clear positioning, compelling content, and scalable enablement. This role sits at the center of one of HubSpot's most important business transformations.
What You'll Do
• Lead go-to-market strategy and execution for pricing and packaging launches in key markets.
• Build messaging frameworks, customer-facing assets, and enablement content that help sellers confidently communicate value and pricing changes.
• Partner with GTM Enablement to design and deliver field readiness programs that improve seller confidence and reduce friction during commercial transitions.
• Synthesize customer feedback, seller insights, and competitive signals to identify positioning gaps and content needs.
• Develop scalable tools and frameworks that help reps articulate ROI and navigate commercial conversations.
• Collaborate with Product teams to improve how pricing value is communicated within the product experience.
• Use AI-powered workflows to scale content development, sharpen messaging analysis, and improve operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
• 5+ years in Product Marketing or a related B2B SaaS go-to-market function.
• Proven ability to lead complex GTM launches, including cross-functional coordination and field enablement.
• Strong content creation and messaging skills, with experience translating complex or technical concepts into clear, audience-specific assets.
• Track record building enablement programs and sales tools that drive adoption.
• Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments where structure is still being built.
• Experience using AI tools to improve content creation, analysis, or operational scale.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
• Familiarity with pricing, packaging, or monetization strategy in a SaaS context.
• Experience with usage-based, consumption-based, or credits-based commercial models.
• Exposure to PLG or hybrid sales motions.
• Experience supporting AI product commercialization.
• Background working with enterprise sales during complex GTM transitions.
