Definition Exercise decision-making authority to prepare, review, book, and fund financial transactions.   Responsibilities •    Collecting and checking documents, such as corporate documents and signing authority documentation, to ensure legal enforceability. •    Ensuring transactions are correctly documented and booked correctly into the system of record. •    Supporting and coordinating workflow for the funding processes. •    Generating regular and ad-hoc reports of the fund administration and distributing to dealers and vendors. Degree Requirement Degree or equivalent experience desired Skill Descriptors Finance and Accounting: Knowledge of finance and accounting practices, financial analysis, and reporting; ability to apply finance knowledge appropriately to diverse situations.
