This role requires active involvement in high-impact projects, offering strategic advice and support to enhance the information technology function. The practitioner collaborates with various stakeholders to ensure that technology solutions align with organizational goals and deliver measurable value, while continuously monitoring progress and addressing challenges that arise during project execution. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify process improvements and implement best practices within the team. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development. - Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Financials. - Strong knowledge of financial systems integration and configuration within Oracle Financials. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to Oracle Financials modules. - Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. - Familiarity with system development lifecycle processes and methodologies relevant to Oracle Financials. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and sustainable solutions.
