Job Description
The opportunity As Strategic Engagement Integrator, you'll work closely with the ANZ Advisory Sector Director, who also leads Government Relations, to support strategic client and industry engagement across AECOM's Advisory growth sectors and disciplines. You'll become a critical connection point across the Advisory business bringing together market intelligence, client insights, pursuit activity and internal capability to ensure our leadership is well prepared and our opportunities are progressed effectively. You'll help answer questions such as: What are our clients thinking about? Where is the market heading? What opportunities should AECOM be shaping now? Which of our capabilities can solve our clients' biggest challenges? How do we ensure the right people are in the room at the right time? This role will give you exposure to the full strategic growth cycle from market intelligence and client preparation through to strategic engagement, pursuit development and opportunity conversion. For someone with 2–3 years' experience who is curious, commercially minded and ambitious to build a career in Advisory, this is a rare opportunity to learn directly from senior leaders and develop a broad understanding of how a major advisory business operates.
What you'll do
Support strategic client engagement Work directly with the ANZ Advisory Sector Director to prepare for strategic client, government and industry engagements. Develop client profiles, briefing materials, meeting packs and executive presentations. Research organisations, markets, industries and key stakeholders to provide relevant insights ahead of important conversations. Capture key outcomes, actions and opportunities from client and industry meetings and ensure disciplined follow-through. Help coordinate senior stakeholder engagement across AECOM's Advisory business. Connect the dots across the business Build a strong understanding of AECOM's Advisory sectors, disciplines and capabilities. Connect people and expertise across business lines to support client opportunities. Identify where different AECOM capabilities can be brought together to create stronger client propositions. Help ensure strategic priorities are communicated consistently across the Advisory business. Develop strong internal relationships across technical, commercial and leadership teams. Turn market intelligence into opportunity Monitor market trends, government priorities, infrastructure investment, client strategies and emerging opportunities. Identify common themes across
