Work closely with technology teams, architects, and engineers to ensure effective technology adoption and skill growth Help drive continuous improvement in technical skills and enterprise architecture excellence across the organization Lead the design, development, and delivery of technical training programs, certifications, workshops, and e-learning modules. Collaborate with IT leadership and business stakeholders to identify skill gaps and learning needs. Oversee the selection and management of learning technologies, platforms, and vendors. Measure and analyze the effectiveness of learning programs through metrics and feedback, driving continuous improvement; Utilize the Workday Learning Management System (LMS), SharePoint, and other internal systems Promote a culture of knowledge sharing, innovation, and professional development within the IT department. Manage the Training budget and ensure cost-effective delivery of programs. Stay current with emerging IT trends, tools, and best practices in learning and development. Lead change management initiatives related to learning adoption and technology upgrades. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology / Computer Applications / Human Resources / Education, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT Training or corporate training, including at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership position. Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry certifications. Proven experience designing and delivering technical training programs. Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) e.g Workday, Degreed, e-learning tools, and instructional design methodologies (Articulate, Adobe CC etc) Ability to analyze data and metrics to assess learning impact. Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office Suite Relevant certifications (e.g., Power BI, Cloud (AWS, Azure), GenAI) are advantageous. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. A lifelong learner with an appetite for deepening your information technology knowledge, introducing change, and a team player.
