Software Developer (Military Derivatives)

An opportunity for a Software Developer for Mission Support Systems has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space , Getafe (Madrid). The selected candidate will join the Tanker and M&L A/C MSS Solutions Team , which is in charge of designing and developing Mission Planning solutions for different programs as A330 MRTT, C295 A/C and UAVs between others. The jobholder will join a multidisciplinary team involved in all phases of the operational lifecycle from user requirements to final delivery including: documentation definition and management, customer requirements definition, system analysis, software development, V&V plan and execution, quality and safety processes … RESPONSIBILITIES You will take part in the definition and implementation of complex systems as part of multiple international programs. You will be the designer and developer of Mission Planning solutions in .NET.

Computer Science Engineer degree or a related discipline. Experience : At least 3 years of experience in software development. Soft skills: High adaptability to work on new topics, new business and in a network mode. Committed, proactive and a team player. Languages: Advanced level in English & Spanish (both written and spoken).
