About the Role
You will design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow solutions that support cybersecurity operations, vulnerability management, workflow automation, and enterprise integrations. In this role, you will work closely with cybersecurity, infrastructure, application, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and secure platform capabilities. You will help improve operational efficiency through automation, platform customization, and system integrations. Success in this role is measured by solution quality, platform reliability, security compliance, and the delivery of business and cybersecurity outcomes. What You Will Be Doing • Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications, enhancements, and platform customizations. • Configure workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, flow automation, and access controls. • Support and enhance Vulnerability Response and Security Operations capabilities across the platform. • Build and maintain integrations with vulnerability management and security monitoring tools. • Automate vulnerability remediation processes, exception handling, tracking, and reporting workflows. • Develop and support REST and SOAP APIs for enterprise system connectivity. • Create transform maps, import processes, scheduled jobs, and orchestration solutions. • Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, integration failures, and performance bottlenecks. • Participate in technical design, code reviews, testing, release activities, and platform upgrades. • Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cybersecurity teams to deliver secure and scalable solutions. What you bring • 1-3 years of experience required for this role. • Hands-on experience developing and customizing ServiceNow solutions in enterprise environments. • Strong JavaScript development and scripting skills. • Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flow Designer. • Experience working with IntegrationHub, Service Catalog, Notifications, ACLs, and Scheduled Jobs. • Experience developing and supporting REST and SOAP integrations. • Knowledge of ServiceNow data models, CMDB concepts, and platform governance practices. • Understanding of Agile delivery methodologies, SDLC practices, source control, and code review processes. Preferred Qualifications • Experience with ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR) and Security Operations (SecOps). • Experience integrating security platforms such as Qualys, Rapid7, Checkmarx, Cortex XDR, Akamai, Tenable, or similar solutions. • Experience with MID Server configuration, administration, and troubleshooting. • Knowledge of ITSM, Discovery, CMDB, and Service Mapping capabilities. • Experience working with JSON, XML, Transform Maps, Import Sets, and enterprise data integrations. • ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), or Security Operations certifications.
