COMPANY OVERVIEW We exist to make food the world loves. But we do more than that. Our company is a place that prioritizes being a force for good, a place to expand learning, explore new perspectives and reimagine new possibilities, every day. We look for people who want to bring their best — bold thinkers with big hearts who challenge one another and grow together. Because becoming the undisputed leader in food means surrounding ourselves with people who are hungry for what’s next.
OVERVIEW   The Condition Monitoring Consultant will remotely monitor machinery health across multiple manufacturing sites and various production and utilities equipment to improve asset reliability. The role involves analyzing data from condition monitoring and predictive maintenance technologies, identifying issues, creating actionable work orders, collaborating with Maintenance & Reliability and Planning & Scheduling teams, driving corrective actions, tracking program success through key metrics, and supporting continuous improvement, reporting, and predictive maintenance strategy across the organization. This role requires you to operate in 1.30 pm to 10.30 pm. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES   Design, configure, and deploy Ignition-based OT Data Operations gateways at the manufacturing edge, including virtual machines, Windows Server environments, plant networks, drivers, tags, MQTT brokers, historians, and security roles. Implement and standardize sensor-to-signal workflows from PLC/SCADA connectivity through calculations and contextualization into MES and analytics platforms. Collaborate with MES engineers, solution architects, and site controls engineers to ensure smooth integration of the OT Data Operations layer with TrakSYS MES, existing MQIS capabilities, and future MOM solutions. Apply and maintain ISA-95-aligned data models for assets, materials, orders, and events, ensuring consistency across plants and use cases. Partner with IT integration teams to design scalable and supportable integration patterns between OT systems, SAP, PLM, and enterprise analytics platforms. Support the configuration, performance, and storage strategy of time-series databases, including SQL Server historian, QuestDB, and future platforms. Define and implement monitoring, alerting, security controls, and operational runbooks for Ignition gateways, MQTT brokers, and associated infrastructure across pilot and production sites. Support site rollout activities including lab validation, plant commissioning, troubleshooting, infrastructure sizing, and continuous improvement of deployment patterns. Develop and maintain documentation, standards, playbooks, and training materials in partnership with Digital Controls & IS, Digital Core, plant engineering, and vendor teams to enable scalable deployment and local support.
