Description: The Intelligent Foundations and Experiences (IFX) team is at the center of bringing our vision for AI at Capital One to life. We work hand-in-hand with our partners across the company to advance the state of the art in science and AI engineering, and we build and deploy proprietary solutions that are central to our business and deliver value to millions of customers.  Our AI models and platforms empower teams across Capital One to enhance their products with the transformative power of AI, in responsible and scalable ways for the highest leverage impact.   In this role, you will:   Be responsible for defining the strategic vision, overseeing the development, and managing the growth of an organization's autonomous AI systems and platforms. This position requires a combination of strategic thinking, technical expertise in AI/ML, and strong leadership to align the platform with business goals, build and manage teams, and drive innovation.  Provide technical leadership for the design, development, testing and deployment of agentic workflows across Capital One Develop and execute the strategic vision and roadmap for the agentic AI platform, ensuring it aligns with organizational priorities.  Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of the platform, from development and integration of AI solutions to sunsetting legacy offerings.  Guide technical teams, set best practices for AI orchestration, MLOps, and application development, and ensure platform scalability and reliability.  Work with senior leaders, product management, sales, and other engineering teams to align the platform's capabilities with business goals.  Act as a champion for the platform, articulating its strategic value to senior stakeholders and influencing enterprise decision-making.  Foster a culture of innovation and drive the adoption of AI-powered tools across the organization.  Ensure the platform is developed and deployed in compliance with industry regulations and ethical AI best practice Set a strategic roadmap, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the platform's compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.   Partner with a cross-functional team of engineers, research scientists, technical program managers, and product managers to deliver AI-powered products that change how our associates work and how our customers interact with Capital One. Advise on the selection of technologies, programming languages, AI/ML models, orchestration engines, and deployment platforms. Make high judgment build-vs-buy decisions across a broad stack of Open Source and SaaS AI technologies.
