Process Engineer

Join a culture of collaboration and innovation that matters and a chance to learn, effect change, and make meaningful contributions at work and in communities. ​   Ensure the introduction of new products and processes, identify and execute cost reduction projects through the implementation of improvements in the manufacturing of product lines, such as reducing waste and scrap, or increasing production throughput (PPH). Reduce process variability and implement Poka-Yoke devices. Implement process standards based on Core Tools to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.

Develop and prepare documentation for the various requirements within the manufacturing process stages. Support pilot/PPAP runs and ensure the first production run. Gather information to define strategies and prioritize improvement projects. Develop recipes for different products and processes (based on APD, CQP, and Kaizen). Focus on resource optimization. Manage individual Gantt charts to ensure projects are effective in terms of dates and costs. Train (new or retrain) operations personnel on critical processes. Support various initiatives and uphold the organization's established environmental, safety, and quality policies. Participate in environmental management system audits. Resolve technical process issues. Plan and execute cost reduction projects. Design or validate tools, accessories, and assembly devices.

Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering. Intermediate conversational English. 3+ years of experience in the same role. Core tools Experience in urethane injection processes. Ability to interpret blueprints, use Easy Label software, and have knowledge of process stations (machines) when configuration support, time studies, and motion studies are required.
