ADC is seeking a Senior Project Leader based in Alameda, CA to lead the strategy, planning, and execution of key digital health initiatives. In this role, you will partner with cross-functional teams to assess opportunities, prioritize investments, and drive the successful delivery of innovative products and programs. You will be responsible for leading complex, business-critical initiatives from concept through commercialization, ensuring effective stakeholder alignment, execution excellence, and achievement of strategic objectives.

Lead the strategy, prioritization, and delivery of complex digital health initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and consumer needs. Manage, mentor, and develop Project Leaders, fostering a high-performing organization while providing leadership across cross-functional and matrixed teams. Define and maintain program roadmaps, business cases, scope, schedules, budgets, and release strategies. Drive portfolio prioritization and strategic decision-making, balancing business value, resource constraints, dependencies, and timelines. Partner with stakeholders across R&D, Commercial, Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, Manufacturing, and other functions to ensure successful program delivery. Establish clear program objectives, success metrics, and KPIs, and hold teams accountable for results. Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies while driving timely resolution of complex cross-functional challenges. Lead product launches, market introductions, and geographic expansion efforts, ensuring readiness and execution excellence. Evaluate and approve significant changes to program scope, budget, timeline, and resource allocation. Influence and align senior leaders and stakeholders by translating ambiguity into clear strategies, priorities, and actionable plans. Develop compelling executive presentations and communications, leveraging strong storytelling skills to effectively convey program status, business impact, risks, tradeoffs, and recommendations.
