Location: Via Roma 108, 20051, Cassina de' Pecchi, Milano, Italy Job Title: FLEET OPERATIONS LEAD - SEET Role introduction: We have an exciting opportunity to join the Supply Chain Team as Fleet Operations Lead - SEET, Southeast Europe & Türkiye Develop and implement the SEET fleet strategy in alignment with the EMEA Category Lead to optimize total cost, renewal cycles, safety, compliance and operational excellence. Align and share best practices across the SEET region, identify savings opportunities and support delivery of financial targets. Provide exceptional leadership to inspire, develop and support country fleet stakeholders and strengthen fleet governance across the region. Drive collaboration through strong communication and stakeholder management to achieve business objectives. Partner with Delivery Operations to support daily fleet activities and resolve escalations. Partner with key stakeholders (HR, Total Rewards, EHS, Finance and Business Leaders) to implement best-in-class fleet policies and processes. Drive change and innovation by continuously improving fleet processes, specifications and operating models. Lead or actively support strategic fleet projects, including sustainability initiatives, vehicle strategy, fuel and energy management, mileage capture and telematics. Develop and evolve fleet reporting and analytics to ensure transparency, data accuracy and informed decision-making. Act as the go-to person for all fleet-related escalations, providing expert advice, coaching and guidance to local teams. What you will need to be successful: MBA, MA or MS degree with 3+ years of experience, or Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Fleet Management, Business Administration, Finance or a related field. Demonstrated experience in a supply chain or fleet management environment. Ability to think strategically and execute effectively from planning through implementation. Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills. Commitment to delivering exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Process improvement and project management experience. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment. Excellent presentation and communication skills. Gross annual salary package starting from 48.000€; the overall package may be set at a higher level depending on the candidate’s experience, technical skills and level of seniority.
