We are currently seeking an Associate Manager to join the Customer Supply Chain – Strategy and Systems Infrastructure team in the Richmond, VA area.   In this role you will be building strong cross-functional relationships, developing business strategies, and designing and delivering infrastructure to support our operating companies’ products, promotions, programs, and distribution channels. What you will be doing:

Develop expertise and relationships across assigned operating companies and/or business segments and influence business initiatives. Understand and translate operating company initiatives into order-to-cash system designs, and lead implementation of these designs to deliver for the business. Own, manage, and streamline business critical order-to-cash master data and processes within assigned operating companies and/or business segments. Influence and negotiate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to drive alignment and deliver results. Identify, evaluate, and implement enhancements to order-to-cash systems to increase simplicity, efficiency, and automation. Lead cross functional project initiatives, including planning, testing, and implementation. Champion a culture of continuous improvement by regularly assessing processes for opportunities to automate, simplify or optimize. Develop and maintain clear comprehensive documentation for new and existing processes to ensure clarity and
