Divisional Description: Group COO - Global Procurement ( GP ) enables Deutsche Bank ( DB ) to optimize supplier relationships to meet its strategic objectives We partner across the bank to develop and execute strategies to meet our business requirements We apply our understanding of the supply market and specialized procurement capabilities to optimize value created We enable the bank to access suppliers by identifying and mitigating vendor risks We manage the platforms to enable efficient purchasing of goods and services Team Description: Within GP, the Procurement Transformation & Remediation (T&R) team underpins and enables the ambitions of GP through partnering and strong alignment across the function to deliver transformation, defining learning & development and unlocking value creation. They cover Data & Analytics, Product Management, Strategic Procurement Process, Performance & Governance, Strategy & Engagement and Group Vendor Management Office, Third Party Contracting, and Contingent Workforce Management. Contingent Workforce Management – Leads the transformation of the Bank’s contingent workforce operating model, delivering end-to-end workforce engagement processes, enabling technology, governance, controls, and data capabilities to improve user experience, strengthen risk management, and support regulatory and business requirements globally. As a Contingent Workforce Management - Project Management & Change Lead you will play a key role in delivering a global transformation programme that will reshape how Deutsche Bank engages, governs and manages its contingent workforce. You will support programme management, governance, stakeholder engagement, change delivery and adoption across multiple business divisions and regions. Project Management & Change Leads are responsible for delivery of the value and strategic outcomes of the Change BoW that ensures successful transition into the organisation’s goals, processes and technologies. Adopting values and principles that follow agreed processes and practices to allow teams to continually improve their performance. You will be a key contributor to managing the project, communicating with stakeholders, reporting progress, and addressing challenges during the transformation.
Responsibilities
Deliver programme outcomes across process, technology, governance and organisational change workstreams. Manage programme governance, reporting, risks, dependencies and stakeholder communications across global teams. Prepare executive materials, programme reporting and decision papers for senior governance forums. Drive business readiness, communications and adoption activities to support successful implementation of new capabilities. Partner with Procurement, Human Resources, Legal, Tax, Technology and Business stakeholders to deliver sustainable workforce management solutions.
Skills
Experience delivering large-scale business transformation or regulatory programmes in a global organisation. Strong programme management skills, including planning, governance, risk management and executive reporting. Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across multiple business functions. Experience supporting process improvement, organisational change and technology-enabled transformation. Excellent communication, problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to operate
