The Financial Analyst, Performance Partnership is responsible for supporting the entire Performance Partnership program lifecycle identifying, measuring, and sustaining performance improvement against guaranteed outcome contracts. This position reports to the Director of Operations and Finance and is part of the Danaher Solutions Group and will be fully remote. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Analyze and reconstruct customer financial statements, related to units of service and resources to identify opportunities during assessment. Provide monthly/quarterly reporting on KPI identifying material variances and connecting program intervention with performance improvement. Maintain and enhance benchmarking capabilities around KPI’s with the ability to identify peer groups. Assist customers on developing financial pro formas to justify capital/resource investment to support growth and/or cost improvement. Develop/support internal activity-based costing to manage resource allocation and track performance. The essential requirements of the job include: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field with 7+ years of experience in healthcare finance. Past annual budget coordination and variance reporting experience. Ability to summarize complex data sets and communicate actionable insights. Demonstrated experience in continuous improvement and implementing KPI’s. Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: Ability to travel – 15% Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: Clinical laboratory operations Experience pro forma generation supporting large/complex investments. Other healthcare fields including revenue cycle, supply chain, quality improvement The annual salary range for this role is $100,000-120,000 . This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
