Public Affairs Manager, Events - AI Campaign

We are looking for a public affairs professional with deep experience in elite stakeholder engagement and high-level event production who can design and execute programming that convenes the most influential voices in AI — and who thrives in a fast-paced, campaign-style environment where relationships, precision, and strategic instinct drive impact.

The ideal candidate has a track record of organizing high-touch convenings, and knows how to translate elite engagement into measurable campaign outcomes.

You will play a critical role in one of the company's most strategic initiatives: building understanding and support for AI among senior policy elites and thought leaders. You'll be embedded in a strong team tackling some of the most important challenges the company faces — and your work will directly shape how the most influential decision-makers understand and engage with Meta's AI vision. In this role, you will help drive strategy, development, and execution of marquee events and elite policy engagement programming — from intimate dinners and policy salons to high-profile roundtables and briefings — that position Meta as a trusted and forward-leaning voice on AI conversation.

You have familiarity working with and alongside senior executives, government officials, think tank leaders, academics, and civil society principals, and serve as the connective tissue between Meta's internal campaign functions — communications, marketing, policy, research, and legal — to ensure all elite engagement programming ladders up to the AI campaign's strategic objectives.
