Data & Business Intelligence Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for operational and project performance tracking Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources. Perform data validation to ensure accuracy and consistency of reports Generate insights to support management decision-making Process Automation & Digital Solutions Automate repetitive processes using Power Automate, Excel VBA, and Power Platform tools Build applications and forms using Power Apps to improve data capture and workflows Support SharePoint list and workflow design for business process efficiency Improve existing reporting and tracking tools through automation and optimization Project Controls & Financial Support Assist in tracking project cost, budget, manpower, and performance data Support analysis of actual vs. budgeted cost, labor hours, and commitments Help monitor purchase orders, subcontract expenditures, and project funding limits Collect and analyze progress data and performance trends (schedule and cost) Support basic earned value management (EVM) reporting and analysis Reporting & Stakeholder Support Prepare regular performance and status reports for business and project teams Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into reporting or automation solutions Provide analytical support for ad-hoc data requests and project reviews Qualifications Experience in BI, analytics, project controls, or automation roles Proficient in creating reports and dashboards. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Good communication skills for stakeholder engagement Detail-oriented with strong data accuracy discipline Must be willing to work fixed night shifts and 3 days onsite per week Additional Information At AECOM, we are committed to maintaining a secure and trustworthy recruitment process and take any fraudulent hiring activity seriously.
