Senior Engineering Manager

Ford is undergoing a massive digital transformation, and our European Incentives application is at the heart of how we deliver value to our customers and dealers. Having recently completed a modernization and Cloud migration, we are looking for a technically strong, dynamic Engineering Leader to take the reins and drive this platform into its next era of maturity. As a Change agent for the Incentives team, you won't just be managing--you will be transforming. Your primary focus will be to move beyond the migration phase to ensure the application is world-class in terms of stability, performance, and scalability. Our platform is built on a modern foundation: Angular on the frontend, Java Spring Boot microservices on the backend, all running on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
