Job Overview
The Regional Product Manager (m/f/d) EMEA owns the regional strategy, commercial performance, and new product introductions for the Industrial Communication and Sense portfolio. Working closely with customers, channel partners, Sales, Global Product Management, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams, the RPM translates market insight and VOC into portfolio priorities, differentiated value propositions, and growth initiatives. The RPM owns the portfolio P&L, including revenue, profitability, pricing, and long-term growth, and is accountable for ensuring the portfolio meets market and customer needs profitably.
We are looking for a growth-oriented, customer-centric leader (m/f/d) with strong commercial acumen, cross-functional experience, and a hands-on approach. This role sits within the EMEA Product Management team and reports to the Sr. Manager, RPM EMEA, Power & Signal Solutions. Job Requirements
Market & Competitive Intelligence
Monitor market trends, customer needs, demand drivers, and competitors Lead segmentation, competitive analysis, and benchmarking Contribute to the 5-year growth plan and identify market penetration opportunities
Portfolio & Product Strategy
Develop differentiated value propositions and regional go-to-market strategies Manage the product lifecycle, including promotion, rationalization, and exits Lead portfolio assessments and profitability improvement initiatives Champion PAC opportunities and drive launch readiness through Ready-Set-Go Provide regional input into product roadmaps and future portfolio development
Commercial & Financial Ownership
Own portfolio P&L across revenue, profitability, and growth Manage pricing, including book prices, quotations, and special pricing requests Provide demand inputs into S&OP Drive commercial initiatives to increase adoption and market penetration
Cross-Functional Leadership
Align Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Engineering around portfolio priorities Enable Sales and channel teams with training and value-proposition tools Build relationships with customers, distributors, VARs, and other partners Lead resolution of cross-functional issues impacting customers or business performance
