Line of Service Internal Firm Services Industry/Sector Not Applicable Specialism IFS - Internal Firm Services - Other Management Level Senior Associate Job Description & Summary Meet your future team Join the Core Project Unit (CPU), a team that supports PwC Luxembourg’s internal transformation agenda by partnering with business stakeholders across the firm. You will work closely with Project Managers, business teams, and senior stakeholders to turn strategic priorities into practical, sustainable change initiatives. What your role will look like As a Senior Project & Change Officer, you will help shape and deliver transformation initiatives that improve how PwC Luxembourg operates. Working at the intersection of business analysis, project coordination, and change management, you will support teams from problem identification through to implementation and adoption, ensuring initiatives deliver measurable value and lasting impact. Analyse business needs, identify root causes, and translate challenges into clear, actionable improvement opportunities. Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, map current processes, and design future-state solutions that support business objectives. Facilitate workshops and discussions that align teams, build consensus, and drive informed decision-making. Coordinate transformation initiatives alongside Project Managers, ensuring objectives, milestones, dependencies, and progress remain visible and on track. Contribute to governance, reporting, and stakeholder alignment to support successful delivery of strategic projects. Design and implement change management activities that prepare teams for change, strengthen adoption, and minimise resistance. Coach project teams and stakeholders through periods of transformation, supporting communication, training, and engagement activities that sustain long-term outcomes.   Your growth and opportunities You will gain exposure to strategic transformation initiatives across different areas of the firm, working with a wide range of stakeholders and business functions. As your experience grows, you will take ownership of increasingly complex projects, strengthen your consulting and change leadership capabilities, and expand your influence on firm-wide initiatives.   The skills you bring University degree or equivalent qualification. 2 to 3 years of professional experience in business analysis, project coordination, change management, or a related field. Fluent in English. (French or German are considered as an asset) Strong IT literacy, including MS Office, data tools (e.g. Power BI, Alteryx), and AI-assisted tools (e.g. Microsoft Copilot). Experience gathering requirements, facilitating stakeholder engagement, and supporting project delivery in a transformation environment.   Ways of working You structure complex information, evaluate different perspectives, and apply sound judgement to solve business challenges.
