About this role

About the Role

Join the Adobe Builder   eXperience   (ABX)   group, a part of Adobe Unified Platform,   where you will help re-develop the way we ship software at Adobe. ABX is a new pillar within the Adobe Unified Platform focused on rethinking the end-to-end lifecycle of how we build and ship products — the tools, the platforms, and the agentic technologies that make all 15,000+ builders at Adobe more effective. You will own a diverse and highly technical portfolio of programs, working directly with engineering leadership to define and deliver the next generation of developer and builder tooling, with AI and agentic systems at the core of the approach.

What You'll Do

Drive the roadmap and portfolio strategy for ABX, translating a broad, evolving mandate into a clear, sequenced set of programs   Align program strategy, operating model, and execution approach for a newly forming organization,   establishing   the structures that will scale as ABX grows   Partner with engineering and cross-functional stakeholders to understand builder needs and pain points across the software lifecycle, and translate them into platform requirements   Evaluate and apply the latest AI and agentic offerings to build platforms and workflows that make builders across Adobe faster and more effective   Run governance and prioritization for the organization like resourcing calls, trade-off decisions, and program reviews across a multi-team portfolio   Partner deeply on technical direction alongside engineering, providing credible, hands-on input rather than coordination-only oversight   Anticipate risks and dependencies across systems and teams, and drive mitigation strategies at scale   Communicate and align stakeholders across Adobe, including executive-level updates on progress, risks, and trade-offs   Define and own the metrics for success with your partners,   establishing   the north star and supporting benchmarks     Build and codify repeatable program management practices and governance models that other parts of AUP can reuse   Mentor and guide other program managers as ABX scales   within AUP   What You Need to Succeed   Bachelor's degree in Computer Science , Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)   8+ years of technical program management experience, including direct experience shipping AI/ML or GenAI-powered technologies   Proven zero-to-one product and program experience — comfortable building structure and process where little exists today   Strong   track record   of ownership, driving programs from ambiguity through to measurable outcomes   Systems thinking, with a solid understanding of how modern technology stacks and developer platforms fit together   Excellent executive communication skills, with the ability to distill technical complexity into clear narratives for leadership   Bias toward action and a demonstrated ability to influence without authority across org layers   Proficiency   with Jira, Confluence, and program reporting tools   Bonus: prior experience in AI platform development, developer platforming, or related infrastructure work     Expected Pay Range:   Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $146,300 -- $277,400 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.   ‌   In California, the pay range for this position is $191,600 - $277,400   At Adobe , for   sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base   salary   and short-term
