Description Job Title: Executive Program Manager Date : July 2026 Department/Group: Courts & Justice Grade : Reports To: Lacey Blackwell Exempt ion Status : Exempt Position Summary The Executive Program Manager is a central operations position that manages programs and special projects for the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) at the division level . This role focuses on driving completion of projects, conducting research and analysis, and responding to ad-hoc business requests from ELT members. The position requires strong analytical skills, project management capabilities, and the ability to work independently on varied assignments. This person will gather data, synthesize information, manage small-to-medium projects, synchronize related communications across the division, and support the Central Operations team with ELT-related work. This is a project-focused analyst position supporting strategic initiatives. Principal Duties The Executive Program Manager is responsible for the following tasks and activities: Manage special projects and one-off initiatives assigned by ELT members or Central Operations leadership. Conduct research and analysis on topics requested by the ELT Gather data, run reports, and synthesize information to support ELT decision-making. Respond to ad-hoc requests from ELT members Coordinates scheduling and logistics for key leadership meetings Develop project plans, timelines, and track progress for assigned initiatives. Coordinate cross-functional resources as needed to complete projects. Create presentations, reports, and briefing materials based on research findings. Support Central Operations Senior Manager with ELT-related projects and priorities. Identify and document best practices, process improvements, and operational efficiencies. Manage small-to-medium complexity projects from initiation through completion. Communicate project status and findings to stakeholders clearly and concisely. Maintain project documentation and ensure proper handoff upon completion. Support training initiatives such as training labs and enablement programs. Assist with tool evaluation, vendor research, and technology assessments. Contribute analytical insights to support strategic planning and decision-making. Maintain confidentiality with sensitive information and strategic initiatives. Performs other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time. Scope and Impact (Accountability) The Executive Program Manager provides flexible analytical and project support to the Executive Leadership Team, enabling them to move quickly on special projects without requiring diverting resources from other project management activities . This role has visibility to strategic initiatives and contributes to organizational effectiveness by ensuring ELT requests are researched thoroughly and completed efficiently. The position requires managing multiple concurrent projects with varying deadlines and stakeholder needs.
