Growing together.   This role leads product strategy and management for Retrospective and Prospective Services within RQ, supporting $3B in revenue, with a solid emphasis on go-to-market execution, monetization, stage-gate acceleration, and executive/customer engagement. The leader will translate market needs and business priorities into a clear product strategy, drive cross-functional alignment from concept to launch, and ensure solutions are positioned, packaged, and scaled to deliver measurable customer and business value. You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.
