The Facilities Manager (FM) based in Munich oversees operational delivery and client relationships across multiple sites, with regular travel required within the region. This role demands strong leadership, client engagement, and operational excellence to meet contractual KPIs and drive continuous improvement.

Client & Operations Maintain relationships with client site teams and support facilities initiatives Prepare Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Business Reviews for account leadership Coordinate with landlords and vendors for optimal service delivery Support best practices, innovations, and strategic projects Portfolio & Financial Management Support strategic sourcing, cost-saving initiatives, and sustainability programs Monitor KPIs, budgets, and forecasting for the region Manage vendor relationships and ensure contractual compliance Implement space planning and workplace optimization solutions Health & Safety Ensure compliance with fire, health, and safety regulations Manage safety procedures and vendor competency Conduct regular site inspections and maintain documentation Log incidents through CMO-HSSE system and support HSE audits Team Leadership Lead and mentor facilities professionals across multiple locations Drive performance, development, and succession planning Foster continuous improvement and client-focused culture Requirements 5+ years facilities management experience in commercial organizations Proven client relationship and operational delivery track record Fluent German and English Strong financial acumen and budget management experience Knowledge of building systems, workplace strategies, and technology solutions Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Location: On-site –Munich, DEU If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.  We’re interested in getting to know you and what you bring to the table!
