Position
Summary We are seeking a highly strategic and execution-oriented Business Planning Manager III to support one of HPE's most significant business transformation initiatives: the Lead to Cash integration of HPE Networking. This role will serve as a key member of the Lead to Cash program management office, partnering across Product Management, Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, Operations, IT, Services, Customer Experience, and Program Leadership to evaluate networking business priorities and translate them into executable plans. The successful candidate will help assess and prioritize integration initiatives, guide business readiness for specific strategic business priorities, identify risks and dependencies, and support the development of phased implementation strategies that maximize business value while minimizing operational disruption. This role requires exceptional analytical capabilities, business judgment, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a complex, fast-moving environment where priorities evolve and decisions must often be made with incomplete information.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and prioritize networking business initiatives impacting the HPE-Juniper Lead-to-Cash integration. Assess product, offer, supply chain, operational, and go-to-market requirements to inform integration decisions. Develop business cases, recommendations, and prioritization frameworks to support executive decision-making. Translate business priorities into executable deployment roadmaps, implementation plans, and milestone-based releases. Identify cross-functional dependencies, risks, constraints, and readiness requirements across workstreams. Partner with Product, Supply Chain, Sales, Operations, Finance, Services, and IT leaders to align scope and execution strategies. Lead complex analyses to evaluate business impacts, trade-offs, value realization opportunities, and deployment sequencing options. Facilitate governance forums and drive resolution of critical issues, escalations, and strategic decisions. Create executive communications, status updates, and decision materials for senior leadership and integration governance bodies. Establish and monitor key performance indicators, readiness metrics, and program outcomes to ensure successful deployment and business value realization.
