Role Definition

An individual contributor or People manager. Working with internal and external stakeholders who would consult him/her for finding solutions to various business problems - training. ͏

• Collaborates with LOBs and cross-functional project teams to identify learning needs. .

• Conducts needs assessments to identify and evaluate training needs, develop training and instructional solutions, and assess training

• Provides and/or assists with consulting in all aspects related to training for organization-wide initiatives and projects; participates in the design, development and implementation of training programs of a broad organizational scope.

• Plans, designs, develops, delivers and consults on various training projects and instructional programs, using instructor-led, train-the trainer, electronic/web-based, and/or multimedia training methods and formats.

• Recommends and/or implements innovative solutions, modifications and enhancements to training
