Senior CAE Engineer (Optimization Focus) Position Overview Responsible for conducting structural and fluid simulation analysis and optimization for components and subsystems, using advanced optimization software such as OptiSlang to improve product performance and reliability.
Main Responsibilities
Responsible for CAE simulation analysis and optimization in structural and fluid domains for components and subsystems to improve product performance. Proficient in using optimization tools such as OptiSlang for parameter optimization, sensitivity analysis, and multi-objective optimization. Independently lead simulation projects, including model development, analysis execution, optimization strategy formulation, and interpretation of results. Leverage programming skills, such as Python, to develop automated workflows that improve analysis efficiency and simulation quality. Collaborate with R&D, design, testing, and cross-functional teams to drive product optimization and innovation. Prepare technical reports and present optimization processes, methodologies, and results. Continuously research and apply advanced optimization methods to promote the advancement of CAE technologies.
Requirements
Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Automotive Engineering, Fluid Mechanics, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in CAE simulation and optimization. Proficient in optimization tools such as OptiSlang, with hands-on project experience in structural and/or fluid analysis and optimization. Strong programming skills, with the ability to develop automated analysis workflows. Solid understanding of theories and methodologies related to finite element analysis (FEA), computational fluid dynamics (CFD), and related simulation techniques. Ability to independently lead simulation projects and solve complex engineering problems. Basic proficiency in English, including listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
