METTLER TOLEDO RECLAIM is a rapid response third-party product inspection company that specializes in creating customized inspection solutions for customers with inventories suspected of containing foreign materials and product defects. Our industry-leading X-ray detection technology, combined with proven data capture/reporting, and immediate response practices, allows us to supply quality inspection services to our customer base across North America. Regionally rapid deployment of mobile inspection equipment with highly trained and qualified personnel to customer sites for inspection applications allows our customers to reduce costs of reinspection and maintain control within their internal food safety program. The Operations and Site Development Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operational performance while leading the planning, development, expansion, and continuous improvement of business sites and facilities. This role ensures operational excellence, supports strategic growth initiatives, manages cross-functional projects, and drives efficiency, safety, quality, and cost optimization across locations. The Operations and Site Development Manager collaborates with leadership, engineering, facilities, real estate, construction, supply chain, and external stakeholders to deliver operational objectives and successful site development projects that support organizational growth and customer satisfaction.

Provide overall operational leadership for all X-ray Reclaim in-house and mobile re-inspection services, ensuring consistent execution across all locations. Own operational performance and ensure all services are delivered safely, efficiently, on schedule, and in accordance with customer expectations, quality standards, and company procedures. Lead and support Facility Managers, providing direction, coaching, and oversight while maintaining accountability for operational performance across the service organization. Serve as the primary operational resource for the team, providing timely guidance and hands-on support to resolve technical, operational, and customer-related issues. Participate directly in project execution as required, supporting complex, high-priority, or resource-constrained projects to ensure successful outcomes. Develop, train, mentor, and evaluate operational personnel to ensure a highly skilled, knowledgeable, and customer-focused workforce. Ensure standardized operating procedures, work instructions, validation protocols, and best practices are consistently followed throughout all in-house and mobile operations. Promote a culture of operational excellence through continuous improvement initiatives thatenhance safety, quality, productivity, responsiveness, and customer satisfaction. Review operational performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement process enhancements that improve service consistency, efficiency, and execution. Ensure operational readiness of all in-house facilities and mobile service teams to support rapid customer response and reliable project execution. Provide technical application support for project planning, equipment setup, validation studies, inspection methodology, troubleshooting, and customer applications. Work closely with Sales, Customer Service, Project Management, Engineering, and Technical Support to ensure seamless project execution from
