Posting Date 08/07/2026 2000 16th Street, Denver, Colorado, 80202, United States of America The Director, Performance & Capability Design is an integral member of DaVita’s Learning & Develop ment Center of Excellence ( CoE ) in Wisdom . The Director will manage a group of Learning Design & Development specialists to work collaboratively with business leaders, subject matter experts (SMEs), key stakeholders, program owners, and other learning professionals to design and develop innovative learning solutions that leverage a combination of learning modalities to maximize the learner experience, learning effectiveness, and business impact. This position performs and oversees a challenging range of complex activities including team leadership, workforce planning, advanced learning consultation, and human-centered instructional design for instructor-led, digital, and blended solutions for a range of learners in a global health workforce. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Manage the operations and performance of the Design & development Team . Ensure required capabilities are in place to deliver high quality, consistent learning solutions . 2. Manage prioritization, capacity, and utilization of Design & Development resources . 3 . Partner with Program Owners to create training experiences that drive capability development and business outcomes . 4 . Provides advanced consultation services to identify appropriate learning modalities and methods to best serve different types of learners . 5. Define common standards and templates for each modality to standardize CoE learning assets . 6 . Other duties as assigned.
