The Opportunity
Abbott's Molecular Diagnostics division is seeking a Marketing Brand Manager to join our team in Lake Forest, Illinois. This position is fully on-site. Our Infectious Disease Diagnostics business delivers best-in-class innovative testing solutions for people around the world, providing answers to life's most critical health decisions. Through accessible molecular-based solutions, we help people live fuller, healthier lives. As the Marketing Brand Manager, you will lead branding and communications initiatives across multiple channels, partnering closely with Global Strategic Marketing and Global Market Development teams to develop and execute strategic marketing programs that drive business objectives and strengthen brand presence globally.
What You'll Work On
Brand Management & Marketing Communications Manage, plan, and implement branding and communications projects across advertising, promotional programs, trade shows, digital channels, and mobile communications. Develop product promotion plans in collaboration with Product Marketing and Global Market Development teams. Plan, create, and produce marketing materials, advertising campaigns, sales promotions, and digital tools in collaboration with Product Marketing that support brand strategies and marketing objectives. Serve as a brand champion, ensuring all communications are consistent and accurately support brand strategy. Provide channel strategy expertise and recommend the most effective deployment of assets and materials to achieve marketing objectives. Provide graphic design support to the marketing team. Coordinate and support global branding and marketing efforts as the central hub within the marketing organization. Initiate and manage project schedules and key milestones. Establish priorities for individual and project assignments. Create and manage the annual communications plan. Deliver projects and marketing campaigns on time and within budget. Manage vendor agreements and oversee deliverables to ensure alignment with defined business objectives. Cross-Functional Partnership Partner closely with Product Management to: Develop communication objectives and strategies. Determine and manage project budgets and production schedules. Brand & Compliance Responsibilities Champion the Abbott brand across all materials, ensuring alignment with corporate brand standards. Manage and governance internal approval process of promotional assets across channels and ensuring meeting company standards and countries-specific requirements including: Veeva Quality Management Systems (QMS) Other regulatory requirements Comply with U.S. Food and Drug Administration
