Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance as per the approved maintenance schedule. Monitor system health and promptly attend to all breakdowns within the defined SLA. Conduct routine testing of fire alarm systems, detectors, MCPs, hooters, and control panels. Monitor BMS alarms, trends, and equipment performance, and take corrective actions as required. Ensure all CCTV cameras, NVRs/DVRs, storage, and recording systems are functioning properly. Maintain access control systems, flap barriers, boom barriers, RFID readers, and associated software. Coordinate with OEMs/AMCs for repairs, annual maintenance, and system upgrades. Maintain accurate maintenance records, checklists, incident reports, and service logs. Ensure statutory compliance related to fire safety systems and participate in fire drills. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues affecting integrated systems. Monitor spare parts inventory and raise material requisitions for critical spares. Ensure all systems comply with client SOPs, safety standards, and audit requirements. Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and technical assistance. Coordinate with security and facility teams for smooth operation of security and life safety systems. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on system performance, downtime, and maintenance activities. Recommend system improvements and implement energy-efficient and cost-effective solutions. Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) standards. Provide technical support during emergencies and ensure quick restoration of critical systems. Train operations and security staff on the proper use and basic troubleshooting of installed systems.
