Provides guidance and supervision to ensure the accomplishment of Site Logistics goals, including those related to budget and cost structure. What You Will Do : Adhering to requirements and procedures for safety regulations. Making workflow decisions under the direction of management. Improving service levels and costs. Supervising and motivating employees through effective coaching and training, clear communication of job expectations, and positive reinforcement of exemplary performance; maintaining a positive working environment. Operations Management :  Oversee daily receiving, Storage & line feeding activity Inventory Control :  Maintain, audit, and secure accurate inventory records, implementing stock control systems (e.g., FIFO, LIFO). Staff Leadership :  Train, motivate, and supervise warehouse agency employees, managing schedules and performance on regular basis. Should be able to handle both shifts. Safety & Compliance :  Enforce health and safety regulations, including CQMS & compliance requirements. Also ensure regular equipment maintenance (e.g., forklifts / Reach Trucks). Manage 5s to maintain safe workplace. Space Optimization :  Ensure space is optimized properly with regular monitoring and workflow efficiency. Audits & Process : Should be able to manage the process & Developing the solutions for new requirements.
