Global Partner Marketing Manager, Cloud & AI Location : Winnersh, London, South Africa Type: Permanent full time Are you a strategic marketing leader with a passion for technology, partner ecosystems, and demand generation? We are seeking an experienced Global Partner Marketing Manager, Cloud & AI to lead partner-led demand generation strategy across our Hybrid Cloud portfolio, including Storage, Software, AI, and Compute solutions. In this highly visible global role, you will be the voice of the partner, shaping go-to-market strategies, developing end-to-end buyer journeys, and creating demand generation programmes that accelerate pipeline growth and business impact through our partner ecosystem.
What You'll Do
Serve as the voice of the partner, developing a deep understanding of partner business models, customer needs, marketing requirements, and growth opportunities to influence global go-to-market strategy. Develop partner demand generation strategies that drive pipeline growth and align with business priorities, channel objectives, product strategies, and market opportunities. Translate product positioning, messaging, and launches into compelling partner-focused value propositions and demand acceleration plays tailored for commercial and mid-market segments where partners are the primary route to market. Define and lead demand generation campaigns, roadmaps, and execution plans across the Hybrid Cloud portfolio, including Storage, Software, AI, and Compute solutions. Design and optimise end-to-end buyer journeys that guide audiences from awareness to purchase intent, enabling partners to engage customers with the right content, messaging, and offers at every stage. Lead the development of channel campaign briefs, messaging frameworks, and Demand Acceleration Kits, ensuring partner-ready activation aligned to demand generation strategies and commercial objectives. Collaborate with Product Marketing, Solutions Marketing, Channel & Partner Ecosystem Sales, Business Units, and Partner Marketing Managers to ensure alignment, consistency, and successful execution. Measure campaign effectiveness, partner adoption, and business impact, using data and insights to continuously optimise strategy, messaging, and demand generation performance.
What We're Looking For
Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline. MBA preferred. Minimum 7 years of marketing experience, ideally within enterprise technology environments. Experience working with partners, channel organisations, sales teams, or industry ecosystems. Skills & Expertise Expert knowledge of modern marketing principles, strategies, tactics, and tools. Strong understanding of enterprise IT products, solutions, and technology portfolios. Proven experience working with large technology partners throughout the product, service, or solution lifecycle. Deep knowledge of customer segments, market dynamics, buyer journeys, and demand generation programmes. Excellent written, verbal, analytical, and presentation skills.
