Assist in processing mortgage loan applications, including verification of documentation and completeness.

Conduct financial analysis and credit assessments to evaluate applicant eligibility and risk.

Communicate with clients, loan officers, and internal teams to gather information and resolve application issues.

Ensure accuracy and compliance of all loan files prior to submission for underwriting approval.

Support underwriting and loan approval processes, providing relevant data and analysis for decision-making.

Stay updated on mortgage industry regulations and lending guidelines, ensuring adherence to internal and external standards.

Identify opportunities for process improvement in loan processing workflows and contribute to team efficiency.
