Senior Engineer Advanced level of technical expertise and fault resolution (5+ years’ experience). Excellent all-round experience of Standard technology. Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audience. Technical knowledge of PC's and desktop hardware, laptops, Cisco phones, mobile devices, MAC devices, tablets. Experience of software support including 0365, Zoom, Teams. Problem-Solving and troubleshooting using Microsoft toolsets. Ability to build desktops/laptops. Attend daily huddle with the Team Leader detailing work for the day. Pick up and resolve 2nd - 3rd line issues and update issues log. Assist user in raising an incident ticket for unresolved issues and record incident number in the issues log. Any other reasonable task.
